Application

Chip extractors are designed to extract and collect small chips produced during the processing of wood and plastics. Extraction can be connected directly to the machine tool by means of a flexible hose.

Low weight, small dimensions and self-swivel wheels mounted in the base allow easy relocation of the extractor. The shavings are collected in a foil bag which, when full, can be detached and disposed of along with the contents. This enables simple and quick removal of contamination.

Construction

The WNF chip extractors consist of a base equipped with four self-swivel wheels that allow easy movement of the set. A stand is attached to the base, on which a fan is mounted along with a ring for mounting a filter bag and a foil bag for waste. The set includes a switch and a socket with a phase inverter.

On request, the lashings can be delivered in any color of the RAL palette (standard RAL 5010 - blue).

Motor

Electric motor made in accordance with the applicable Directives and efficiency classes, marked with the CE mark. Insulation class - F. Degree of protection - IP55.

Power supply - three-phase 230 / 400V 50Hz, 400V 50Hz, 400 / 690V 50Hz or single-phase 230V 50Hz (depending on the fan model and motor power).
