Application

The CAIB series is used in mechanical supply ventilation systems, where there is a need to raise the temperature in winter periods or to maintain the temperature in the rooms at a given level.

They are perfect as the supply ventilation of apartments, offices, shops and restaurants.

Construction

Fan, filter and heater / cooler in one housing, made of galvanized steel. It has acoustic and thermal insulation with a thickness of 50 mm and a density of 40 kg / m3 (non-flammable A1 insulation in accordance with the EN 13 501-1 standard). 5 sizes available - capacity from 80 to 4000 m3 / h. The system is equipped as standard with an EU4 filter (EU 5 and EU 7 on request) and four mounting feet.

Centrifugal EC fan with direct drive, impeller with backwards inclined blades made of galvanized sheet. The device with accessories can be used both indoors and outdoors. Available in 5 versions: with electric heater, water heater, reversible water unit, water heater and cooler, water cooler.

Motor

Single-phase and three-phase motors in EC version with thermal winding overload protection.

• CAIB / T PRO-REG 08/18: 230V (200-277V), 50 / 60Hz, IP44, class B.
• CAIB / T PRO-REG 28: 230V (200-277V), 50 / 60Hz, IP54, Class B.
• CAIB / T PRO-REG 38: 400V (380-480V), 50 / 60Hz, IP54, class B.

Functions

Characteristics of the electric heater:

• Heaters made of 304L stainless steel,
• Safety thermostat: thermostat with automatic reset at 75 ° C / Thermostat with manual reset at 120 ° C,
• Proportional regulation through the SSR.

Characteristics of the water heater
(BCR / BCFR / BCFRR):

• Water heater, with 3 rows of copper pipes, with aluminum fins, mounted in a galvanized sheet frame,
• Right connection in terms of the air flow direction,
• Frost protection by a duct sensor,
• 3-way valve (24V) with a proportional actuator (0-10V),
• The valve is delivered with the device (not installed).

Characteristics of the water cooler
(BCR / BCFR / BCFRR):

• Water cooler, with 4 rows of copper pipes, with aluminum fins, mounted in a galvanized sheet frame,
• Right connection in terms of the air flow direction,
• Frost protection by a duct sensor,
• Stainless steel drain tray, droplet separator,
• 3-way valve (24V) with a proportional actuator (0-10V),
• The valve is delivered with the device (not installed).
