Duct heater
DH-R heaters are used in mechanical supply ventilation systems, where there is a need to periodically raise the temperature or keep it constant in the rooms.
Application
DH-R heaters are used in mechanical supply ventilation systems where:
- there is a need to raise the temperature in winter periods,
- maintaining the temperature in the rooms at a constant level,
- in technological processes requiring the supply of air at a constant temperature.
Construction
- electric heaters with built-in regulator
- installation directly in round ventilation ducts with standard diameters (200-400 mm)
- the housing is made of galvanized steel sheet
- stainless steel heating elements
- double overheating protection system:
- automatic (temperature + 75 ° C)
- with manual reset (temperature + 85 ° C)
Caution
Duct heaters should be selected so that the outlet air temperature does not exceed + 40 ° C. The air flow velocity through the heaters must not be less than 1.5 m / s.
